God may be calling you to more than just a trip.

At CSI Ministries, we believe some are called to go deeper, to serve not just for a week, but to plant their lives in a community and walk alongside what God is already doing there. If that stirs something in you, we want to talk.

We’re actively looking for Field Directors and Community Development staff to serve in places like Jamaica and Belize, boots-on-the-ground leaders who are passionate about discipleship, community partnership, and long-term transformation.

These aren’t one-size-fits-all roles. They’re for people who are:

• Relational, not just task-driven

• Willing to live cross-culturally

• Able to lead and equip others

• Rooted in the Gospel and ready to walk with others in it
